how much can someone with a civil engineering degree from the U.S. get paid in India?

i haven't been to India in years but I'm trying to see if moving back for sometime is worth it. i miss my country and want to see what my options are.....i would like live in Mumbai or Bangalore....please let me know if anyone has any information.....
